Welcome to Kab Libey. These Terms & Conditions cover the use of our website and the purchase of our greeting cards and Snail Mail Club subscription. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. This is a starting template — final wording should be reviewed for your business and location before launch.

Ordering & payment

  • Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed.
  • Your order is confirmed once payment is received and you get a confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or there's an error in the listing.

Snail Mail Club subscription

  • The Snail Mail Club is a recurring subscription billed at $9.99 per month unless otherwise stated.
  • You can pause or cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us — there are no long-term commitments.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month until you pause or cancel. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund a month already sent.

Shipping & delivery

We mail cards from Colorado. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by the postal service once an item has been mailed.

Returns & refunds

Because cards are printed and mailed for you, we generally can't accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or there's a mistake on our end, contact us within 14 days at info@kablibey.com and we'll make it right.

Intellectual property

All card designs, artwork, illustrations, logos, and written content on this site are the property of Kab Libey and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our designs without written permission. Cards are sold for personal use.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access it improperly, or misuse any content you find here.

Limitation of liability

Our products and website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kab Libey is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
