Do you ship to my auntie in Toronto?
To Toronto, to Frankfurt, to Melbourne — wherever your people have landed, we’ll get a card there. International shipping is calculated at checkout, and everything travels packed with care.
Can I write my message in Tigrinya or Amharic?
Of course — that’s the whole point. Custom cards can carry your note in Tigrinya, Amharic, English, and more. Say what’s actually in your heart, not just what fits on a template.
How long until my card arrives?
We print and pack within 2–3 business days, then it’s in the mail. Domestic orders usually land within a week; international ones take a little longer.
Can I order in bulk for a wedding or graduation?
Yes, and we love being part of the big days. Send us a note above with your date and rough numbers, and we’ll put together bulk pricing and a timeline that keeps everyone calm.
What if the phrase my family says isn’t in the shop?
Then you have to tell us! Half our cards started as “wait, you HAVE to make this one.” Send the phrase, who says it, and what it means to you.
